THE REST
Gluten Free Crust
Yup, we do that too. That said, our kitchen is not gluten free. If you have Celiac’s or other extra/severe sensitivities, we cannot accommodate our menu to align with that. While our crust is slow, cold fermented (84+ hours) and uses organic flours that are less burdensome than highly processed foods, and while our gluten free crust is indeed gluten free, they are all prepared in the same area and cooked in the same ovens; therefore, expect some level of cross contamination on a gluten free crust.
Salads
Organic salads are available at all catering events. At our farmers’ market set-up, we will experiment with various salads from time to time.
Dessert + Fruit Pizza
Yeah, that’s a thing and we love them. Nutella, Nutella + Peanut Butter, fresh fruit with mascarpone cheese and/or fired crumbles, etc. We do them, but mostly at catering events. The fall fruit season will hold some surprises on our farmers’ market and private catering menus.
Vegan/Vegetarian Friendly
Just ask. Our family is vegetarian. Amras has been a vegetarian for longer than she can remember. Tom has been one for over 10 years. Most of our pizzas can be accommodated to a vegan/vegetarian friendly diet. At our farmers’ market set-up we frequently have a house-made vegan cheese alternative available and frequently have vegan/vegetarian meat replacements available. For private catering, we can design a specialized menu to fit any of your needs.
Appetizers
Appetizers are available at all catering events. Think garlic knots, jalapeno poppers, cheese bread, fresh fruit, Caprese skewers, stuffed mushrooms, etc. The options are endless and can be crafted to fit your specific wishes. Appetizers, generally, are not available our our farmers’ market set-up unless we’re feeling extra punchy.
Beverages
Each week at our farmers’ market set-up we expect to have limited quantities of homemade lemonades and/or other similar beverages.
For private catering parties, we can provide family and/or adult friendly options. Amras has been a bartender for the better part of 20+ years and has extensive drink making experience to make your next event extra awesome.
